Shipping

Shipping times are estimates only and may vary due to production delays, carrier issues, or seasonal demand.

Held & Known is not responsible for delays once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier.


Returns and Refunds

Because each item is made to order, all sales are final.

However, we will make exceptions in the following rare cases:

  • Item arrives damaged
  • Item is misprinted or defective
  • Wrong item received

If any of the above occurs, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@heldandknown.store with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We are committed to making things right when there is a genuine production error.
