At Held & Known, every piece is created with care and made just for you. Because each item is produced on demand, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges.
We truly want you to love what you receive, so we encourage you to review your order carefully before placing it.
All Sales Are Final
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged.
Please double-check:
- Your selected size (you can find a sizing guide on each product page)
- Color choice
- Shipping address
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If something isn’t right when your order arrives, we’re here for you.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out within 7 days of delivery at support@heldandknown.store with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
After reviewing your request, we will gladly:
- Send a replacement at no cost, or
- Offer a refund in rare cases if a replacement isn’t possible
Our Process
Each item is made to order through our fulfillment partner, Printify. Because of this, slight variations in color or design placement may occur. These small differences are a natural part of the process and make each piece uniquely yours.
Shipping
Once your order leaves our hands, it is in the care of the shipping carrier. While we do our best to ensure smooth delivery, Held & Known is not responsible for:
- Carrier delays
- Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
- Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
