At Held & Known, we partner with a print-on-demand provider to create and ship each item with care. Because every piece is made to order, shipping timelines and processes are slightly different from traditional retail.
1. Fulfillment & Processing Time
All products are fulfilled by our production partner, Printify. Each item is printed after your order is placed.
- Processing time: Typically 2–5 business days
- This includes printing, quality checks, and packaging before shipment
2. Shipping Costs
- Shipping is paid by the customer at checkout
- Rates are calculated based on your location and the items ordered
- Shipping costs are non-refundable once an order has shipped
3. Shipping Times (After Fulfillment)
Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days (may vary by country and customs processing)
Please note that these are estimates and can vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or customs processing.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.
5. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
- We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
- If an order is returned due to an address issue, reshipping fees may apply
6. Lost or Delayed Packages
While we work with reliable carriers, occasional delays or lost packages can occur.

- We will work with Printify and the carrier to help resolve the issue
7. Customs, Duties, & International Orders
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties depending on your country.
- These charges are the responsibility of the customer
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing
